Accessories are crafted from materials you collect by clearing stages, and they add passive bonuses to damage, health, Coins or cooldowns, according to the Bloxodes beginner guide. The guide advises crafting toward the stat your loadout is missing rather than chasing one best item.
The published lists rank accessories but do not give each one's exact bonus, so the tiers below are the only numbers we can source. We will add recipes and stats when two sources agree.
Best Anime Zero accessories
Blast Archer Wings and Blast Archer Crown are S tier in all three published lists. Light Admiral Cloak and Dark Captain Wings are A. The B tier is Panther Hollow Mask, Wind Spirit Wings and Flame Pirate Hat.
Lowest ranked accessories
Diva Headphones, Sunglasses, 8th Brigade Fire Hat and Kitsune Mask are C. Leaf Shinobi Headband, Capsule Scarf and Gentleman's Top Hat are D; Beebom puts the top hat in an F tier of its own, which we count as D, the lowest tier on this site.
