How to choose an Anime Zero weapon
Rarity is not the same as tier. The two Mythics in A tier outrank the Arcane Divine Emperor in all three published lists, and Cataclysm and Cursed King are S tier in all three. Flame Director is S in the one list that includes it. Use the table to see how likely a weapon is to drop, then the tier column to decide whether it is worth the rolls.
You carry two weapons at a time and swap between them with T, so aim for one strong main and a second that covers what the first does not. Evolving a weapon unlocks its fourth skill, so put materials into one weapon at a time.
Which weapons cannot be summoned
Two LYTH weapons are not part of the Arsenal pool. Shadow Monarch drops from the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid and Flame Director is the reward of the Spirited Away raid, per Beebom. Mochi Commander comes from the Zenless banner rather than the regular roll. The raids guide covers the first two.

What is the best weapon in Anime Zero?
Cataclysm and Cursed King are S tier in all three published lists, and Flame Director is S in the one list that includes it. Cataclysm is the hardest to summon, at 0.005% on a normal roll.
Can you buy weapons in Anime Zero?
The Beebom table does not list a shop as a weapon source. Weapons come from Arsenal rolls, the Zenless banner and raid rewards.
