How Shadow Monarch plays
Shadow Monarch is a summoner-style weapon that commands shadows. Its Monarch's Domain ultimate can summon Kaisel, which makes it a different shape of weapon from the sword and scythe kits above.
Every weapon has a fourth skill, its ultimate, that stays locked until the weapon is evolved. You can carry two weapons at once and swap between them with the T key, so a weapon you do not main can still earn its place as the second slot.
Shadow Monarch rank and odds
None of the three published lists we read ranks it, so there is no consensus tier yet. It does not appear on the Beebom, Pocket Tactics or games.gg lists we read.
LYTH is the top rarity. Beebom lists the one summonable LYTH weapon, Cataclysm, at 0.005% on a normal summon and 0.01% on a Lucky one, and two more LYTH weapons that cannot be summoned at all and drop from raids instead.
