Anime Zero raids are the two pieces of content that reward the weapons you cannot summon: the Shadow Gate, which drops Shadow Monarch, and Spirited Away, which rewards Flame Director. The published guides name the raids and their rewards but not their mechanics, so this page says what is confirmed and where the gaps are.
Anime Zero raids and what they reward
| Raid | Reward | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Nightmare Shadow Gate | Shadow Monarch | Beebom weapon list |
| Spirited Away | Flame Director | Beebom weapon list |
Both weapons are listed at the top rarity, LYTH, and neither can be summoned, so Rolls and Lucky Spins do not help. Beebom also lists raids as a source of Rolls and Lucky Spins.
The Shadow Gate raid
Beebom's weapon list names the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid as the way to get Shadow Monarch. We read that as the Shadow Gate on Nightmare difficulty, which is our inference from the name. The weapon is a summoner kit that commands shadows, and none of the three published tier lists we read ranks it yet. Details on the Shadow Monarch page.
The Spirited Away raid
Spirited Away is listed as the reward source for Flame Director. Games.gg ranks Flame Director in S tier and says that if you can invest in only one weapon, it or Cataclysm should be the one; the other two lists we read do not rank it. Details on the Flame Director page.
How to prepare for the Anime Zero raids
The sources do not publish raid mechanics, so preparation is general:
- Evolve your main weapon first so its ultimate is available; see the evolution guide.
- Carry a second weapon and swap with T when the first is on cooldown.
- Use accessories that raise damage or health. The accessories list has the ranking.
- Learn the dungeon modes first; the dungeon guide has the order.
- Keep your dash on Q free for boss attacks; the controls page has every key.
Anime Zero raids FAQ
How do you get Shadow Monarch in Anime Zero?
By clearing the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid. Beebom lists it as a raid drop and not a summon, so spending Rolls on it does nothing.
How do you get Flame Director in Anime Zero?
By clearing the Spirited Away raid, which Beebom lists as its reward source.
Can you summon Shadow Monarch or Flame Director?
No. Neither weapon is in the Arsenal summon table.
What are the Anime Zero raid mechanics?
None of the sources we checked describe them, so we do not either. We will add them when a source does.
